At Globewide we offer a full property management service in London and the home counties to private landlords with single properties or portfolios. Delivering good property management is key to building Landlord and Tenant relationships, as well as achieving responsible occupancy and minimal void periods.
The staff at Globewide are on hand to deal with any maintenance issues, oversee any essential repairs and arrange payments to contractors. The experience and dedicated Accounts Department ensure that rents are paid on the due date and transferred to our clients as quickly as possible.
To provide our clients with fast efficient updates, statements and monitoring, Globewide have invested in the latest business technology. We utilize specialist software known as CFP, which includes full double entry client accounting, a daily organizer, fully integrated diary, fast access to landlord, tenant and contractor information and provides a history log of previous maintenance works carried out at a property, as well as a customer report generator. These systems provide us with the ability to deliver accurate information including any rent payments, defaults, and a full history of our management service to date.
As part of our Property Management service in London and the Home Counties including Essex and Herfordshire, we will ensure a full inventory is completed, a check-in inspection conducted and periodic interim inspections with full written reports and attached photographs are completed.
Our service at Globewide also includes dealing with registering the deposit, dealing with the return of the deposit including any disputes should they arise, as well as taking care of the closing of utility accounts. We also offer our Landlord’s the option to utilize our rent protection scheme, meaning that all rent payments are covered should there be any loss for any particular reason.

Globewide Property Investments can also cover the requirement for Block Management, acting on behalf of both Freeholders and Leaseholders. Where instructed, Globewide can take care of services to the communal areas, including any insurance claims if required, maintenance issues and any major works schedules.
